An Athlete's Guide to Chronic Knee Pain

I did the leg extensions and banded stretches. I trained my Vastus Medialis Oblique (VMO) with terminal knee extensions and peterson step ups. I did more hip dominant lifts in the weight room. I lived by those theories , but I also died by them! I noticed that my knees only got worse! GUT CHECK: Have you wasted time on ineffective treatments? So I started from the bottom.

GUT CHECK: Have you wasted money on ineffective treatments? For a long time I thought my knees were at fault, so I tried the popular rehabilitation methods.

I trained myself to "forget" everything I thought I knew. Truth be told, I never put any focus on the knee itself. I worked without fancy braces. Without magical medicines. Without extravagant equipment. Just a few bands, a few ideas, and a lot of experimentation . I developed a systematic approach to fixing knee pain that I have since used to cure not only myself, but dozens of other people (see the testimonials below).

When will they realize that if the common way to deal with chronic knee pain was effective, then not as many people would suffer from it? Nearly 60% of athletes and 25% of the general population will have it at some point.

They follow the same generalized protocol, whether you’re an 80-year-old grandma or a 20-year-old football player.

I got nothing. I just wanted a cost-efficient, time-efficient, and effective treatment that had no strings attached. I vowed that if I ever found one, I’d deliver it to as many people as I could and with a no-strings-attached-guarantee.
